Dalu's Bio

Dalu Wang is a graduate of the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Academy (AIM Academy) in Toronto with a diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. He also studied at Toronto’s Bryan College,where he earned a diploma in Massage Therapy. In addition, Dalu has apprenticed under some well-known Chinese Medicine doctors in China to further his education, understanding and skills in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.
 
He is a member of both the CTCMPAO (College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario) and CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario). He has worked in a variety of clinical settings in China and Canada for more than 10 years and is currently practising in Toronto.
 
Thanks to the holistic nature of the Chinese medicine Dalu practices, he has been able to help clients in the cross section between chronic pain and stress-aging related chronic internal diseases such as arthritis(OA, RA), skin diseases, chronic digestive diseases, gynecological disorders, auto-immune and mental health issues. He applies an outcome-based approach with an attentive and detail-oriented focus to his treatments.
 
He combines his knowledge of and experience in both Eastern and Western medicine. Dalu integrates a variety of manual therapy techniques and acupuncture, along with Kampo(Chinese Herbal Formula) to address the complex nature of the mind-body connection to achieve substantial results without the long term side-effects that many conventional medicine has. The disorders that he has been successfully treating includes but not limited to: Chronic pain(Sciatica; TMJ; Carpal tunnel; Plantar fasciitis; Frozen shoulder, Scoliosis), Fibromyalgia, Insomnia, CIBO, Constipation and hemorrhage, Crohn’s, Colitis, Hormonal imbalance(Endometriosis, PCOS, Amenorrhea, PMS, Infertility, Breech baby, Lactation deficiency, Sexual performance related issues), Seasonal allergy and headaches, Migraine, Acne, HIves, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder. 
Some of his client’s dogs and cats have also been happily treated by Dalu with success such as arthritis, hipoplasia, skin disorders and chronic inflammation.

Please note: Dalu has been diagnosed with Retinal Degeneration. His right eye is legally blind and left eye has impaired as well  especially in the dark environments. It takes longer to process the visual information such as gestures  He would really appreciate your understanding if there is any confusion or inconvenience due to his visual problem.
